Thanks to "Rainer" for everything. But when 'make install' is run at the command prompt of the respective directory, it gives the following error:<BR /> make install<BR /> # Install the binaries<BR /> install -d /usr/local/sbin<BR />install: -d was not found anywhere!<BR />*** Error exit code 2<BR /><BR />Stop.<BR />blrdev # cd /usr/local/sbin<BR />blrdev # ll install<BR />install not found<BR /> I didn't come across any -d option for install in HP-UX 11.00(ref man page of install)<BR />.In Solaris 2.6 'install' man page, i found that -d option is there which basically creates directories .
