    <description>Being at the ISL prompt allows you to boot fully or boot to single user mode. To boot you would do the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ISL&amp;gt; hpux         (boots off the primary path)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ISL&amp;gt; hpux -is     (boots to single user)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the initial boot, you could halt it at the&lt;BR /&gt;point where it gives you 10 seconds to halt.&lt;BR /&gt;do a "search ipl" and the system will find all the bootable devices.  This is one way you could tell if your DVD is bootable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;last resort would be a "cntrl b" and "rs" to restart the system and allow it to come up properly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When using the HP secure console with a R-class UNIX server, I'm shutdowning the server to boot on a DVD-DRIVE.&lt;BR /&gt;When trying to BOot on the dvd I got an error and I am blocked into the ISL prompt.&lt;BR /&gt;Do u know how I can exit from this prompt ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanx.</description>
