Try here i.e. normally go to manintenace support , individual patches and at the bottom enter your patch. If nothing shows up it could be obsolete , therefore contact hp software support? What is the patch for?

I beleive its shipped on the following S800 patch bundles : Feb 99, APR 99, DEC 99 and has not yet been superceded .. or you could download it from the HP patch depot off this site ... I believe there was a discussion on this only yesterday giving the correct URL's to the patch tools available on the ITRC

And note that you will also need patch PHKL_8023 installed

ITRC is showing to use patch PHKL_8023

After investigation this patch has been superseeded and you should install PHKL_16751 which you can find in the same way.
