    <description>i have this message on my syslog directory:&lt;BR /&gt;"vx_metaioerr-/dev/vg08/sall filesystem meta data read error" message on one of the physical volume. is this a hardware failure, one of the filesystem is down. How can i restore this disk back ?.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
