topic cimserver Error: PG_ConsumerCapabilities in Operating System - HP-UX

Does anyone know what the PG_ConsumerCapabilities generated by cimserver is and how to get rid of this error? I am unable to start the cimserver either manyally or through the init script. Additionally, because I cannot start the cimserver, I am unable to leverage the nPar commands such as parstatus. Thanks to all that respond.

Server Specifications:
--------------------------------------------
system_node_name[0]=someserver
system_type[0]=HP-UX
system_release[0]=B.11.11
system_version[0]=128-user, 256-user, or Unlimited-user system
system_machine_type[0]=9000/800
system_extended_machine_type[0]=9000/800/rp7420
system_serial_number[0]=xxxxxxxxxx
system_identification_number[0]=2940180411
system_kernel_bits[0]=64
system_cpu_support_bits[0]=64
system_cpu_speed_mhz[0]=1100
system_installed_processors[0]=2
system_maximum_installed_processors[0]=2
system_physical_memory_mbytes[0]=4077
system_open_volume_groups[0]=1
system_open_logical_volumes[0]=26
--------------------------------------------

Phil
