    <description>Problem now resolved - httpp conf file being used was from earlier version of HP (11.00)/ Apache (1.3.19.23) which was referencing different objects to current install (11.23 &amp;amp; 2.0.55.03) ?? Once these were updated it got past this point.... Thanks for your replies.</description>

      <description>what is: /opt/app/axsys directory ?&lt;BR /&gt;what HP-UX OS are you using ? &lt;BR /&gt;run: chatr on your executable -- and what is does it include pthread. maybe send the output of chatr.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;best of luck</description>
