That's quite a broad question, and doesn't do you any good if you can't get to them...

The Knowledge Trees are full of good documents. The FAQs can be useful also.

Maybe the best advice is if you have access, spend some time poking around in these and see what you can see. I recommend the Software Recovery Handbook sections inside the Knowledge Trees...

John is correct. It's really tuff question to answer all documents available in itrc.hp.com. However, you may try with products.
