Shalom,

Try setting term to vt100

Maybe you need a gui.

Try xstm in X Windows.

SEP

Hi Khilari,

Two things to do,
1) stm, # export TERM=vt100
2) Install XManager,
#export DISPLAY=<YOUR_WINDOWS_IP>:0.0
# xstm

-Arun</YOUR_WINDOWS_IP>

When all else fails try cstm, maybe not so user friendly but it always seems to give me the info I need
You can choose other two ways as,

1) cstm - it is very good and easy
2) xstm

export DISPLAY variable with your client ip-address and start x-windows client session like xmanager in that.

Invoke as xstm which will give a new window.

If you want to use stm change the TERM setting to vt100.

--
Muthu

Hello khilari,

I work mostly with cstm and it works fine. Until today I have no problems at a high count of systems I used it. At first i tried to use stm, but sometimes the whole shell was blocked and this is not so good if you are connected via modem to an costumersystem, you know.
Here you find all informations to cstm:
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stt_csyn.htm
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stt_ccomm.htm
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stt_summ.htm

Regards
Mirko
