    <description>Shalom Mohammad,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It really depends on how busy your system is. If this is the only process doing work, its not uncommong for even higher cpu usage rates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could try stopping the service that owns the daemon and restarting it. Sometimes a processs, due to bad code evelopes a problem that is solved by restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Is it normal for rlpdeamon to use 60% ++ of the cpu? I think it is doing nothing because ther is nothing in&lt;BR /&gt;/var/adm/lp/lpd.log&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any tips on how to go about this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;some terminal dump and top&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://linuxlah.blogspot.com/2006/04/insanely-high-cpu-usage-on-hp-ux.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://linuxlah.blogspot.com/2006/04/insanely-high-cpu-usage-on-hp-ux.html&lt;/A&gt;</description>
