    <description>Mario, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had a problem like that a while ago. I couldn't download any software from HP save patches. Turned out that my account / system handle weren't properly associated. Once that got fixed, everything works. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth&lt;BR /&gt;Mark</description>

      <description>Ankolekar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I??d already tried this thread but everytime I click on the RECEIVE FOR FREE button I get a "the page cannot be displayed" HTML page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please notice that I had tried this in several computers in different networks. This is not a firewall or proxy issue. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe that there are some links at HP that shows this idiosyncratic behaviour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks anyway.</description>

      <description>This seems to be a DNS issue more often than not. There's not much you can do except to change to a different DNS server out on the Internet.</description>
