    <description>Hi Amit,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.- "vgchange -a n" bcv disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.- Synchronize bcv disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3.- Split bcv disks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4.- Activate bcv disks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    - Export vgs maps from primary disks.&lt;BR /&gt;    - Export destructive disk bcvs.&lt;BR /&gt;    - mkdir /dev/vg_bcv&lt;BR /&gt;    - mknod /dev/vg_bcv/group c64 0xnn0000&lt;BR /&gt;    - vgchgid /dev/rdsk/cxtydz&lt;BR /&gt;    - vgimport -m "bcv_map" /dev/bcv_vg /dev/dsk/cxtydz&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ran&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like you have a problem with your /etc/lvmtab file.&lt;BR /&gt;In any case run:&lt;BR /&gt;strings /etc/lvmtab&lt;BR /&gt;ioscan -fnCdisk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Veify that all disks mentioned in lvmtab for vg_p06_ss01.bcv1 present and in normal status (claimed). &lt;BR /&gt;If you reconnected the storage, the disks address can be changed. &lt;BR /&gt;Could you send outputs of the commands above ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH</description>

      <description>Possible issues:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hardware issues&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;LVM header issues&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would check to make sure you can get to all of the hardware (i.e. ioscan -fnC disk) and if you can then I would do a vgcfgrestore for those devices.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oz&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
