Dear Peter,

Folloe this for resolving the disk...

dev: 1f025000

In the above

1f ==> major, in decimanl 31.

lsdev | grep 31 ==> which will give you disk

&

250000 ==> minor

Do a

#ls -al /dev directory and match this minor number to get the disk device like c2t5d0.

Hi,

you would normally look at only e70a00:

e7 hex is decimal 231, which specifies the device driver. Try:
# lsdev 231
for getting information about this

0a00 can be broken into three parts:
0a
0
0
used as c10t0d0

00 are flags that can be ignored in this context

e7 equals 231

lsdev |grep 231 will give:
231 29 schgr autocha

So I think you have a probem whit the: SCSI interfaces for medium changer device ore magnetooptical autochanger surface device
