Init command error after installing UX 11.i

Hi there

After installing HP-UX 11.i onto my N-Class and L-Class server i'm getting a INIT error:

INIT Command is respawing to rapidly
Will try again in 5 mins
Check for possible errors
id:samd "usr/sam/lbin/samd #system mgmt damon"

What could be the trouble. Before 11.i i had 11 install of course onto another disk.. And that worked fine.. Could any1 tell me whats this error about.. I'm working on a VT100 terminal if that make any difference

PS. The system works fine apart from that error which shows on the screen about 6-10 mins
