hi,

with Oracle 10g Developer suite installed, when doing development, you need to start your OC4J instance for Forms or Reports before running a form or report.

This has nothing to do with the server. The light-weight "application server" will run on your PC itself!

if you need any further help, do let us know

kind regards
yogeeraj
