Itanium Documentation is lacking

Does anybody know where I can find the details of how unwind information is stored in object files on Itanium. The documentation in the ABI, and programming guidelines documents from Intel is barely useful to me.

Any information of any sort relating to Itanium unwind information and how it is set up/stored on HP-UX systems would be vastly useful to me.
