Does anyone have an english translation of this manual:

The description states it's written in french.

Don't know how useful this will be, the manual being it was written in 1996, or my advice.

but there are some webseach engines that do language translation, such as google. Put the maual on a web page and have google do a translation of the web page.

just a suggestion.

You sure you want it?

You install it, then go to google and translate it....
