My script had a bad cd it it so the data was landing in the wrong place.

just to point your attention, my stats won't be updated at the mornings of Wednesday, just after Procura's.

They will be updated at the evening (when I come back from university).

Also the development of the stats is a bit frozen, since I don't have much time, but be sure they will be updated every week.

Fault, fault, who's blaming who?
There is no fault. There is "change" and "dynamics"

I meanwhile found it. HP did *small* (but deadly) changes like changing the text "more ..." to "More ...", and I was matching case insensitive. I have altered the script, and it's now purring away. Still see some point drops, but I'm not likely to chase them. If anyone would be interested, I can grep those drops from the log, once it's done.

Expect some stats later today. Scripts will also be updated to the site.

Merijn and Mark,

HP had network and possibly database problems that caused points to be displayed at July levels on and off during the day yesterday.

They claim the issues are resolved.

I did not see them after 6 p.m. yesterday IST, so if the modified stats programs ran after that they should at least get good data.

As far as last weekends changes effecting stats, we should have anticipated that, it happens every time they upgrade.

SEP, I cannot anticipate on changes unles I see what starts to mis-parse.
They are, and will be, ad-hoc modifications to the scripts.

As it started this morning, the point issues (if solved) should not effect my stats.

Any chance of getting a stat's script from one of the other mirrors?

Perhaps you can contact them. I have the stats program itself installed correctly and I think the log output is also configured properly, but can't seem to produce meaningful stats at this point.

I'd need the stats configuration file and a script to produce stats.

I'd really appreciate it as I'd learn how to run better stats for all my sites.

Probably because of the changes in the forum, html parsing is failing on my side.

Gonna take a look soon and at the moment I'll find the problem the stats will be updated.
