Is anyone else having problems accessing the Software Update Manger on the ITRC? I log in to the ITRC with my valid userid, then when I try to access SUM it tells me I have to enable access to my support agreements, even though I know they are already linked. If I try and add the support agreements anyweay it tells me I already have them linked. A clue may be that if I try and access the 'view support agreement details' link, it tells me that the service is unavailable. It's been like this for several days now.
I first suspected Victor was able to get into SUM because he was using the European URL, but I was just able to get in on the U.S. side. Either they've fixed something or the problem is intermittent/selective.

Pete

I find logging out and clearing cookies associated with the itrc will sometimes clear a problem. You may be in one of the three or so systems the ITRC has that may be having problems. Logging back in afterwards will many times redirect you to another itrc server that is functioning correctly. i.e. www6.itrc.com or www3.itrc.com.

Regards,
Eric

I've tried clearing out the cookies and restarting. No matter what URL I use I always get redirected to www5.itrc.hp.com. Maybe that's linked to my user id. The americas site will not let me login.
