problem urgent.. drop file

hello, I have an it records problem, by mistake they deleted 4 datafiles of the database (with rm), I need to recover them. In the operating system it appears busy the space but the file not this, the database this taking out errors.
as I can fix it??

Unfotunately you have a little chance of recovering them unless you have a backup.

Do always backup important files.
