I need help. I know there is a command you can run that will print out the current kernel configuration with the current values but I cannot find it anywhere. If anyone knows this please let me know. I know I can go in SAM but I want to print this out to give to our Disaster Recovery Documentation Specialist. Thanks everyone for your help in advance.

One option you have, if you have the Ignite-UX product installed, is to do a print_manifest. This is very handy for DR purposes. It includes all the kernel parameters that have been customized, and it also includes a lot of other information that I find very useful for DR purposes.

Do a 'man print_manifest' for more information.

Hi:

If you are running 11.x, 'kmtune' is the replacement for 'sysdef'.

In either 10.x or 11.x you can find the kernel parameters that have been tuned by listing (cat, more) /stand/system.

...JRF...
One option that was overlooked: sam

Go to the kernel parameters and select File -> Print and the entir elist will be shown. It is more complete than sysdef and has a description of the parameters. Be sure to add the -olandscape option so you can read the complete list.
