    <description>And one more thing i tried is xinit and startx and x11start are giveing one error.i.e "Fatal Server "  Cann't open listening sockets.Server Error no1:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Otherwise tell me Step by step starting of CDE then I can point actutal trouble with my Workstatins.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We've B2000 Visualize Workstaions with HP-UX11.Recentley  In run level 3 I'm not  getting X-windows(CDE) atall.I tried dr_dt and /var/dt/Xerrors no errors, if i type xinit i can able to run X-application Like sam ,xterm and xclock.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In one workstation in Run Level 3, I'm not getting anything but Remotely I can access and run application.Pls give me some tips to solve these problems&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanx</description>

      <description>Check and make sure your links are still there in /sbin/rc3.d&lt;BR /&gt;lrwxr-xr-x   1 root sys  23 Aug 28 17:55 S990dtlogin.rc -&amp;gt; /sbin/init.d/dtlogin.rc   &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you start is manually from the command line?  Are there any errors in /etc/rc.log?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Berlene</description>

      <description>If startx is failing then this is more basic problems with X unless CDE's dtlogin is actually running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ps -ef ? grep dt ? should see dtlogin at run-level 3,&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init 2&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/bin/X11/X :0 ? what happens or what errors do you get ? check in /va/dt/Xerrors as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;depending on above result X should start in which case the problems wrt CDE or a more exact error should be given : post the results along with Xerrors &amp;amp; dr_dt output.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If problem wrt CDE ... do you see CDE login screen ?</description>
