      <title>Java Virtual Machine</title>

      <description>Is there anywhere I can get software for a Java Virtual Machine for hp-ux 10.20?  Is it easy to install or are there a lot of configuration changes needed for it to work?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need it to install Powerchute software.</description>

      <description>David,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check out these webpages&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.unix.hp.com/java/java1/jdk_jre/downloads/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.unix.hp.com/java/java1/jdk_jre/downloads/index.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.unix.hp.com/java/infolibrary/patches.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.unix.hp.com/java/infolibrary/patches.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can download Java C.1.18.04 and the required patches to run on HPUX 10.20. There are full instructions in checking the download and installation of java onto your system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you require Swing then this can be downloaded from Sun as it is pure java that can run on any system . The download can be found at &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/" target="_blank"&gt;http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please note that you will need the JFC 1.1 with swing 1.1.1 for java C.1.18.04.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope that this is of help to you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keith</description>
