    <description>Running HP/UX 11.0 on a N4000 with 4 gigs of memeory and 4 gig of swap.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting an error upon trying to open sam:&lt;BR /&gt;"fatal error: unable to load library /usr/obam/lib/libIDMawrt.1: not enough space"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas on what this may be if not shared memory?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advanced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Adam</description>

      <description>Hi Adam (again):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, make sure that the kernel parameter 'swapmem_on' set to '1' [the default, but check it].  You can see your setting with 'sysdef' in 10.x or with 'kmtune' in 11.x.  Turning this on allows you to overallocate system memory by 75% more than the physical memory present.
