printer queue problem in L class server

Hi,

I have configured a network printer in a L-Class server.
When ever i give any print, it will not clear the queue.

But if i reconfigure the queue, it will work fine, can anyone guide any workaround for this problem

Have you installed latest patch bundles to your system ? Its always good practice to do that.

Hi,

Actually there are about 40 network printer, which is configured in the onsite production server, only 2 print queues are having trouble, can you tell me any patches for hpux 11.11.

You can find out any pacth differences using,
swlist -l patch or /usr/contrib/bin/show_patches (only 11.11)
