simple: run

set_parms

and answer the questions. When finished, let the server reboot.

Hi,

The best way is if you are a beginner

set_parms hostname
set_parms ip_address

Both action require a reboot.
You can also modify
/etc/hosts
/etc/rc.config.d/netconf
and then reboot your server

Hi,

#set_parms

Will allow to change both of them.

Also check /etc/hosts, /etc/rc.config.d/netconf that the details are updated there.

HTH,
Devender
