    <description>Does the CPU load remain always fixed for CPU0 till the process finishes, or have a look at process using top to see if the load shifts to CPU1 and back...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The other important thing is is the program compiled on this machine or someother machine. Because this can make a lot of difference on the performance of C programs if they are not compiled on same 64bit machine.</description>

      <description>i have two cpu in L class server&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and i am running a program made by C&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;processes are defined in inittab.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if i started processes manually, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cpu load : 0 cpu : 80~90%&lt;BR /&gt;           1 cpu : 20~30%&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;why does it occur such a way?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;help me~~</description>

      <description>Unless your program is written to be multi-threaded it will only use 1 CPU at a time.</description>
