Hi all,

We have rx8620 (IA) server with 11.23 HP UX.

Any chance of having vPAR in this server?..

What are all the supported H?W for vPAR?

According to the VPARS web page ( http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=T1335AC ), it is supported on the following servers:

* rp5405 and rp5470/L3000
* rp7400/N4000
* rp7405, rp7410, and rp7420
* rp8400 and rp8420
* Superdome

The bits for vPars on 11i v2 (11.23) were just released for pa-risc and integrity (itanium) cell based servers.

Your rx8620 server is supported with vPars 4.01, but you need to have firmware version 4 (available in ITRC).
