      <description>Looks like the system is having trouble initiating any I/O onthe SCSI controller. Could be a hardware problem on one of the scsi devices or the scsi controller itself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, make sure all the connections are good and that the terminator is also connected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-- Rod Hills</description>
