Which of the versions of HPUX is supported on D-380 servers?

I'm rebuilding an older server to be used in a lab situation and have currently installed HPUX 11i on the server, however it is hanging up in the boot process trying to start FCD devices, which it does not have, and have been configured off in /etc/rc.config.d/fc* files.

Am I overshooting the hardware with 11i?

The D servers will run 11.11 quite well. I've got it running on several without any problems.

I would go back through the /etc/rc.config.d/* files and turn off everything that isn't absolutely necessary though.

I generall do this:

# cd /etc/rc.config.d
# vi *

And then I go through each and every file there and turn off the junk that I don't want or need.
