topic sendmail in Operating System - HP-UX

while sending mail the message is appairing as

550 rejected Relaying Denied

Unable to understad how to resolve the problem

I have installed sendmail 8.13 version on HP-UX 11i

If not expecitly blocked, this usally points to missing or inconsitent DNS data of sender and/or recipient

550 is used to that number of concurrent connections to send a mail is exceeding available limit. May be a problem bcas of spammers?
