      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you shouldn't 'upgrade' - a cold installation is recommended.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can get/buy the media from HP, a reseller - or ebay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe it's better to buy one more disk and test the installation with this disk, so you can fall back to 10.20 if anythings go wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH&lt;BR /&gt;Volkmar&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
