Hi

Update media can be requested through SUM (Software Update Manager) services at ITRC site, but you need to have support agreement with HP

How do I go about getting the upgrade to OS 11 media ?

I have a 9000 machine with 2 user licence that i bought off e-bay

Hi,

you shouldn't 'upgrade' - a cold installation is recommended.

You can get/buy the media from HP, a reseller - or ebay.

Maybe it's better to buy one more disk and test the installation with this disk, so you can fall back to 10.20 if anythings go wrong.
