Latest versions of core OS/install CDs for 11.0 and 11i are dated September 2002. Just got ours yesterday.

The Sep 2002 11i CD now allows you to choose VxVM as an option instead of LVM on install. Very interesting and strange to not see VG00 anymore!

You can't download them off the web. You need to order the CD's.
