I could not find the doc ID LVMKBRC00006111. Searched the knowledge tree and found no results. Please help. Thnks

depending on your contract with hp you may or may not be able to access it.

Click on "Maintenance and support for hp products"

From the list under "Self Solve Tools", click on "search technical knowledge base"

Pull down and change "search by keyword" to "search by doc ID" .

Enter the doc id into the space provided and click search.

I tried the link and the search. All I get is

I also can't see it from my personal account, this is a contract issue that keeps You from accessing that document.

Please order it via from HP support, if You really need it; I read it, and I think You'll get along without it.
