    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP gives good advice&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that does not help look at semaphores&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;especially increase semmns&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I saw something similar once solved by that&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;               Steve Steel</description>

      <description>Several possible causes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SHLIB_PATH not correctly set.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swapinfo -tam shows no memory left. Increase swap, or increase RAM but first make sure maxssiz and related 64 bit versions of the kernel parameter are properly set.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kmtune&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;or kmtune | grep maxssiz&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Shows kernel parameters. It might be useful to post this to the thread to get additional help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
