      <description>Look like an error with your backup tape device. Check the drive/device connected to controller 4 with SCSI target 0 (c4t0d0?) and make sure it's working okay. If you can't find any problem with the hardware, try applying the latest SCSI I/O cumulative patches.</description>

      <description>The line:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Aug 7 21:18:51 jumtcfa1 vmunix: bp-&amp;gt;b_dev: cb040000&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;where:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cb = device type (do an lsdev to see).&lt;BR /&gt;04 = controller&lt;BR /&gt;0  = target&lt;BR /&gt;0  = disk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remember that the values are in hex.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Colin.</description>

      <description>Look at that disk in stm or cstm and see if you see problems with it.  It may need replaced.  Hopefully your drives are mirrored or raid protected.</description>
