      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;From my knowledge, ODBC drivers are not natives on HP-UX. I mean that there is no native client support on HP-UX to access an SQL server.&lt;BR /&gt;But you have a commercial product which can use a Windows system as a gateway to connect to any Windows ODBC products.&lt;BR /&gt;see : &lt;A href="http://www.openodbc.org" target="_blank"&gt;www.openodbc.org&lt;/A&gt;  and &lt;A href="http://www.unixodbc.org" target="_blank"&gt;www.unixodbc.org&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But you have other ways to communicate : PHP&lt;BR /&gt;PHP can communicate basically to SQLserver from windows (if you run PHP on Unix, you need to use a sybase connection - I never try this and I don't know if it's working - ) and to Oracle. But by the way, you are working outside your database.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth&lt;BR /&gt;Benoit</description>
