      <description>Sorry, Claudio.  A HP CE is a customer engineer that comes to your site and repairs your HP hardware.  I'm not sure if the Itanium hardware is any different in regards to model settings, but in the PA-RISC environment, only the HP engineer has the ability to change the model string.  It's set in stable storage and the customer has no access to it.  I suggest you call HP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete</description>

      <description>Not a problem Mr.Claudio . We can try this option as follows&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the RX machine and interrupt the boot process . It will stop at EFI boot manager . There u will find the options&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) EFI SHELL&lt;BR /&gt;2) BOOT OPTION MAINTENANCE MENU&lt;BR /&gt;3) SYSTEM CONFIGURATION MENU&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;select the option 3 and u will the option called &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RESET CONFIGURATION TO DEFAULT  ==&amp;gt;select this and press enter and save the changes (y/y) ==&amp;gt;y&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the above option will   Reset Configuration to Default option sets NVM and Stable Store&lt;BR /&gt;values to predefined default values.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and boot the machine and check it out&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
