      <description>use either ntpq program, have a look at the man pages.&lt;BR /&gt;Other option is to see if the /usr/sbin/xntpd daemon running and the contents in /etc/ntp.conf file which defines the time sync server.</description>

      <description>if you have ntp installed and need to check it is configured:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#ntpq -p&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;should produce output for time servers and ntp master.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH</description>
