Hardware Backup Error

Hello,

Whan I try to create a new Automated Backup via sam, whan i launch the specify a new backup device box, I've got the error message:

SAM internal error. The error handler has gotten the error code 1 of type NOTE with the
associated strings: 0/3/0/0.4.0 QUANTUM
DLT8000

But when I launch backup interactively, the system seemes to work (files backed up) and i can restore them.

Where could it come from

TKB document says this is a know problem. Solution:
Add following line to the file - /usr/sam/lib/C/pd_devinfo.tx:

TAPE:::stape::::.*DLT8000.*::::::Quantum DLT8000 Tape Drive::::::::::::BR,DLT
