What are your favorite online learning sites?

As someone who is always looking for new learning experiences, I frequently hear about good web sites from friends and associates.

So beyond this great forum, where do you go on the web (and/or in books) to learn all that technical stuff.

Administration links and favorite programs, perls of wisdom, new things to C, tips on HP(UNIX), scripts in kourne! (Okay that last one was a terrible non-pun, but you get the idea.)

Anything that in the end teaches us to be better techinically-minded.

I will check all responses and points will be generously awarded for that good stuff.

Unix in a Nutshell & Essential System Administration - both O'Reilly.

Also an excellent (IMO) korn shell book - The Korn Shell by Anatoile Olczak.

I learnt all my stuff either via:

or
linux (readme + OS!)
+ a few interesting jobs!

You'll find that alt.binaries.cbts can be quite good too (if your newserver allows it)

I stick with just 2 sites:
Here...and HPUX-Admin mailing list:
At both of these you will find many of the same folks...providing great information and education.

I like to bookmark some places I find I use often..like particular threads from ITRC and things like http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/doc/oracle/errmsg803/A54625_01/toc.htm

But even before these .. I like best of all to get some book/old school textbook, or white paper .. and make my own notes and scribbles and thoughts. (..cause you just can't worthwhile make notes on your monitor..) I have one cabinet dedicated to just that..and I use it still !!
