What I was looking for was the website for KnowledgeMine. It was working a while ago - but doesn't work anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

Kmine (Knowledge Mine) is the name of HP's internal knowledge base. It contains several million documents, the majority are proprietary to HP. A subset of the documents such as certified engineering notes are made available on the ITRC for support customers, and a smaller subset are available to anyone browsing the ITRC. Kmine itself is not available outside of HP. Occasionally, new engineers and contractors will 'accidently' mention Kmine as the source.
