Youre going to have to download the source from here;

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Sysadmin/lsof-4.61/

And compile it to 64bit. I remember it wasnt a simple job. If you want me to email you the 64bit binary (zipped) send me an email to;
stefan_farrelly@ipcmedia.com and I will email it back to you.

I found a pre-compiled 64 bit version a couple of weeks ago by searching the forums for "lsof" +"64 bit". It took a couple of tries and I apologise for not remembering where I found it but the URL is out there.
