File encryption software for multiple platforms

I am looking for a file encryption software that supports encryption in UNIX and then decryption in windows and vice versa.

Is there any software meet my requirement ?
1. It should not be Freeware or Shareware, as my company requires vendor support and maintenance software.
2. support encryption in UNIX, optional in windows too.
3. without any extra development.
4. optional, not easy breakable encryption.

I have check your suggested web site. However, I find the encryption does not support running in UNIX. Am I right ?

Have you found anything?
I found plenty of open source tools for file encryption, but couldnt find any product with support.
