    <description>64 bit porting as a general term means porting an application to run on a 64 bit OS. Oracle porting means porting an application to work with Oracle.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It could also mean converting data from a 32 bit Oracle application to a 64 bit database server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have an option with HP-UX to install either an Oracle 32 bit or 64 bit version.
