I'm a bit confused...

This is called a customer survey, but some questions seem to apply to HP business partners, not end users?

(Btw: we call our own language 'Deutsch', not 'Deutch')

Actually, the user group also does advocacy for HP's business partners. So, the title "customer" survey may be a bit misleading.

Some questions like Relationship with hp regarding Sales/Contracts etc, repeating for every product family was kind of unnecessary in my opinion, as all of the products sales and support contracts are handled all together in my organization.
