    <description>What I see is that you have a module proxy that is causing problems. can you check under your apache logs for more information.&lt;BR /&gt;/opt/hpws/apache/logs.&lt;BR /&gt;also is this error at the compilation or whe you start the application.&lt;BR /&gt;if you have problems configuring you can always use webmin.&lt;BR /&gt;You can disable proxy module via webmin</description>

      <description>Hey Guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got HP Apache error as below on HPUX 11i: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[Fri Jun 17 10:39:09 2005] [error] FAILOVER_REQUIRED [line 470 of ap_proxy.cpp]: Service Unavailable&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone suggest what does it mean ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;Shiv</description>
