      <description>Hi guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While performing Database ( SYBASE ) dump to tape, I receive the following errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Apr 12 08:00:00 2005: D00: SYBMULTBUF WARNING: Unable to initialize Async IO on the database device '/dev/vg29/rpns_d1'. Operating System call open failed with error code = 16 , Message= Device busy, State= 61.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can somebody tell me the meaning of the error code " error code = 16 "</description>
