      <description>It is TclTk_8.3.4_FullInstall.bin.  It is a TclTk binary full install.  When I run file against it is says "data or international language text file."</description>

      <description>The best bet is to always look for any installation instructions on the web site you download the software from and see how they say to install it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could try installing this with swinstall.  Invoke swinstall and when it comes up and asks for the "source depot path..." put in the full path to the .bin file that you downloaded.  If swinstall doesn't complain about it then you are OK.  If it does, you need to go back and look for installation documentation.</description>
