      <description>Im getting the following errors from the swagent log file, whilst trying to install the Dec 2001 patch bundle on a K580 4 Way running 10.20. -------  04/07/02 08:59:34 BST  END swmodify SESSION&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;       * Installing fileset "PHNE_22507.PHNE_22507,r=B.10.00.00.AA" (66&lt;BR /&gt;         of 216).&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Cannot open file "/usr/conf/lib/uipc_usrreq.o".  No such&lt;BR /&gt;         device or address (6).&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Cannot open file "/usr/conf/lib/xtiso.o".  No such device or&lt;BR /&gt;         address (6).&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Failed installing fileset&lt;BR /&gt;         "PHNE_22507.PHNE_22507,r=B.10.00.00.AA".  Check the above&lt;BR /&gt;         output for details.&lt;BR /&gt;       * Retry number 1 of 1 for loading files for fileset&lt;BR /&gt;         "PHNE_22507.PHNE_22507,r=B.10.00.00.AA".&lt;BR /&gt;       * Installing fileset "PHNE_22507.PHNE_22507,r=B.10.00.00.AA" (66&lt;BR /&gt;         of 216).&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Cannot open file "/usr/conf/lib/uipc_usrreq.o".       <description>Hi Pete,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have nu HP-UX machine available right now, so please could you check the output from:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;grep 6 /usr/include/sys/errno.h &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Might give an explanation about the error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clemens</description>

      <description>Hi Pete,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suspected fileset corruption of the mentioned files.&lt;BR /&gt;Was my assumption correct ?&lt;BR /&gt;I guess so as reinstall the mentioned patches worked out the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Clemens</description>
