      <description>Check your shmmax kernel parameter.  It looks like your sybase cfg memory is higher than the   shared memory the kernel is set too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;also check your $SYBASE/ASE-12_0/install/RUN* file and make sure your changing the right *.cfg file, because your first weird thing to me is this "A configuration file was not specified and the default file '/home/sybase/SQ97.cfg' does not exist".  I see the license complains on our systems as well, and it will not impact the main ASE sybser nor do I believe that is what it is talking about, think it affects optional features only.  (Sybase could confirm this)</description>
